So this weekend can be summed up in two words: Play Set. Jen and I have been working on ‘updating’ our backyard for the past year, and a major part of that project was upgrading our kiddos play-set. And upgrade we did – this new play-set is amazing, and Cameron, Ellie and CJ could NOT be more excited about the new addition to our back yard.Now I would love to just go on and on about what a great weekend it was, and how thankful we are to have such wonderful friends who came to help us out – but I’m not. You see…after 9 hours on Saturday and 8 hours today, my body is beat up. My fingers hurt too much to keep typing, and I find I’m having a hard time keeping my eyes open. Oh yeah, and I have a huge bump on my head, a knot on my shoulder and a busted up toe. And, I’ve got some cuts and – well…you get the point. I feel old and out of shape, and this weekend pretty much kicked my butt.
So as I moan and groan my way up to bed, you can enjoy looking at a few pictures of our busy, busy, busy (and tiring!) weekend:

Trust me…as we were unloading the SEVEN boxes, I was having some serious doubts about my sanity.
Thankfully, all that’s left now is to go and play on the darn thing!
