Welcome to an entirely new feature of oldweiler.com…”Feel Good Friday“! What is this new feature all about you ask? Why should you keep reading? How is it possible that Matt can be so witty AND good looking at the same time? Err…well, if you want to know the answer to either of the first two questions…please read on.
Here’s what “Feel Good Friday” (or FGF) is all about:
The goal of FGF is simple: make people feel good. Period.
You see, the weeks are hard enough on everyone – with stresses at work, or stresses at home (or both!) – so I thought it might be nice to just devote an entire day to some meaningless fun and good times. And what better day than Friday?
Since I have the luxury of being on a computer for over 9 hours a day, I get to keep up to speed with whatever is creating a buzz…or getting talked about. So if I find something that I think might perk up someones day, or make them laugh just a bit, then I’ll share it on Friday!
I figure it will be both a nice end to the week, as well as a nice transition into the weekend. I hope you enjoy what FGF has to offer and check back each week.
Oh…and one more thing…there will ALWAYS be an LOLCAT in the FGF post. They rule.

This video has been around for a while…but I only recently stumbled onto it. I’ve heard the song a hundred times, but never like this. Trust me – it is an incredibly moving performance of a beautiful song. You can read more about the creators here. I hope you enjoy.
And this one has been around forever (and I’m sure everyone has seen it by now), but after watching the above clip I was immediately reminded of it. Whether you’ve seen it or not, it’s worth a re-watch. And while I wish I was the ‘Matt’ in the video, sadly it is this guy. Enjoy!

I have to say that I really love this new feature! I am always asking Matt…”How did you know that?”…or “How did you find that?”. I am so happy that he has decided to share some of that with all of us!
I’m excited that I get to see the LOLCAT once a week. He he he… I would also like to see some of the “fail” pictures that I have heard so much about (consider adding these to your weekly Friday updates honey)!
