• The temperature at home is 24 degrees…it’s snowing…and it’s supposed to get colder!!?? So we do what would seem completely illogical, and we head out for a drive to the mountains. Fortunately, the drive was okay, and we ended up having a nice day in Estes Park with our family. On the way out of town, we made a brief stop at the uber-creepy Stanely Hotel, which served as Steven King’s inspiration for his novel The Shining. After a little bit of work in Photoshop, I felt this picture was worthy of a quick share.
